We offer a 1-year genetic health guarantee, it includes coverage of all genetic defects that may have been handed down from their lineage of the puppies specific breed. The genetic health guarantee does not cover any communicable diseases, internal and/or external parasites, or injuries.
As a responsible breeder, We try our best to prevent your puppy from having problems. Some times things go wrong, and there may be unexpected veterinarian bills. As a pet owner, you must understand that you are responsible for any veterinarian bills incurred after receiving your puppy.
This agreements will continue for the duration of your puppy / dog’s life and we will have the right to enforce these agreements. Should you choose to break any of the portions of this agreement, the remainder of the agreement will be considered null and void. We neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, other than those written in the agreement. This document constitutes the entire agreement between us with respect to this sale / adoption.
We shall provide you with a puppy health record explaining what shots the puppy has had at the time of sale or adoption. Your puppy will have a thorough puppy physical performed by our veterinarian insuring his/her good health before it leaves our care. Everything from eyes, ears, nose and teeth, to joints, skin, and other structure, will be examined. Your puppy is guaranteed for one year only against Genetic Diseases, Disorders and Congenital Defects. Once your puppy is in your physical possession, you are responsible for it’s health and well being against all other issues that could arise.
To preserve your rights of the puppy / dog health guarantee, you must take your newly purchased or adopted puppy / dog to a licensed veterinarian for examination within 15 days of purchase or adoption. If a veterinarian determines, within 15 days that your puppy / dog is clinically ill or has died from an injury sustained or illness likely to have been contracted on or before the date of sale and delivery, you have the following options:
Once your receive your puppy / dog, you will have to take him/her to your veterinarian or a licensed vet. Your veterinarian should check your puppy within 15 days from the date of purchase or adoption. If your veterinarian feels that the puppy is not healthy, and has a life threatening illness, have he/she write a letter describing the problem. We will have the condition confirmed by our veterinarian. If the condition is validated, you may return the puppy / dog for a full refund as mentioned, or we will provide a replacement puppy / dog of same value.
Within 02 business days of a veterinarian’s certification of your dog’s illness, defect, or death, you must notify us of the name, address, and telephone number of the examining veterinarian or have he/she write a letter describing the problem. Failure to notify us within 05 business days of certification will result in forfeiture of rights of the puppy / dog health guarantee.
Refunds or reimbursements shall be made no later than 15 days after we have received the veterinarian certification. Veterinarian certification shall be presented to us no later than 05 days after you receive it from your veterinarian. But, if your puppy dies within the first year from a congenital defect, he/she will be replaced at no charge. An autopsy must be performed to determine the cause of death, and a letter from your veterinarian must state that the cause of death was congenital. If you breed your puppy during the first year, this guarantee is no longer valid.
All Puppies / Dogs are sold as a family companion. We cannot guarantee the breeding, hunting, or show ability of any Puppy / Dog.
This contract does NOT cover the following: viral illnesses, parasites, infections, improper bites, giardia or coccidiosis or kennel cough. It also does not cover illnesses due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals, stress related issues, behavioral issues, physical injuries and/or illnesses which may have occurred and/or contracted while in your care.
